The BBC’s Sky at Night programme, presented by Sir Patrick Moore, is now the longest running TV show in the World with its original presenter. Celebrate its 50th year with this very special Sky at Night stamp issue from the royal mail. Featuring five images of nebulae and a picture of the closest galaxy to the Earth, these stamps and issue products are as remarkable as the programme itself.

For 50 years the BBC’s Sky at Night programme has aired every month with the same legendary presenter, Sir Patrick Moore. This beautiful issue celebrates the remarkable success of one of TVs most enduring shows with some very Special Stamps.

Featuring five nebulae and a galaxy that’s 32 million miles away, this stunning issue celebrates 50 years of the BBC’s Sky at Night programme.
